Series 8 outtakes Lord Fear: "Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells, Jingle all the way...

So look, let me just get this straight. They're sacking 170 people, right, and they're replacing them with 2000 freelancers?"...

Series 8 outtakes ..."Right, well, yeah that makes perfect sense, yeah. They think we live in a fantasy land?

More preparations for what looks like filming a special effect (left) whilst a dungeoneers runs through the wall of the corridor of blades (right).

Series 8 outtakes The full extent of the blue studio room, and it looks like here they're preparing to film the bit where dungeoneer Nathan (Team 3) falls into a hole in the fireball room.

A blue block is used for the dungeoneer to stand on, and the man in the red shirt demonstrates the action that he should perform.

Series 8 outtakes Looks like with filming of the series completed, the production crew all dress up and are all awarded the remaining Knightmare winner certificates!

Also note the magic pool - its actually blue so they can achieve the 'image in the pool' effect which the viewers see, but actually contains a monitor to let the team to see the action.

Also Alan Boyd (Series 8 winning team) told me that some pencils could be seen at the bottom of the pool where advisors had dropped them!

Thanks to Broadsword Television and Adam Battersby.
