Team 7: Barry, Simon, Derek and Daniel from Worcestershire
were the last team in progress in episode 15 and also retrieved the Shield!

They come to this room with two objects enclosed in a separate force field. Exactly the two objects which they need.

First of all, Romahna shoots off the goblins, and then leaves the room to Barry.

One of the objects was the Shield (the object of their quest) and the other was an hammer (which they need to kill the troll). They have no magic to release either of them, so they call Greystagg - "Gwen, Gwen, Gwen."

Greystagg says that she only has the powers to release one of the objects.

They decide that there is no point getting the Shield if they cannot take it back to Knightmare Castle, so ask Greystagg to release the hammer.

With trolls coming, they escape into The Black Tower of Goth and with nothing else there, drink the return potion they picked up earlier.

This sends Barry speeding in reverse through his path through the dungeon, and returning to Knightmare Castle just in time for the troll's arrival.

 

The troll breaks its head through the floor...

Treguard: "Majida - the hammer"

 

Treguard hits the central table with the hammer...

And the troll falls through the dungeon and crashes to the ground...

Majida: 
"We beat the troll, but we lose the game"

Treguard:
"Well, it certainly looks that way"

"Just a minute, Barry pass me that shield"

Majida:
"That's not the eye shield"

"No, it isn't and that's strange because another shield has mysteriously supplanted it"

"Hordriss!"

 

<Hordriss congratulates the team with their rewards>

"A small reward perhaps, but then you have what few have achieved - the fame."

Treguard: "I wonder how Lord Fear's talking all this"

"Not well, one suspects. Would you care to spy?"

 

Lord Fear: "Lissard, Lissard get me out of here..."
"Raptor, where are you..."
"Hands, Hands where are you, I'm counting on you..."

"Oh great goblins is there no-one left?"

Brollachan:
"I hunger - now you will feed me with knowledge... tell me things, talk to me I have so much to learn"

Lord Fear:
"TREGUARD, Majida, Barry... I'll get you for this if that's the last thing I DO"

"Hmm, I'd like to think think that that is just the ravings of defeated tyrant, but its not. As more technology aids magic the foul techno-sorcerer grows more powerful, not less.
