Yes, that was the one that was very lazily cloned from the Dungeon Master computer game. My aged memory might be in error here, but I think the candle was in DM to begin with, and they just decided to carry it over into the KM game without making any changes to it at all.

To be honest, they made little attempt to change anything much from the original game when they adapted it for Knightmare, and the Dungeon was nothing like the one in the TV series.

On the other hand, a candle is better than a pie!

The life force was more of a spent force when it came to Series 8. Say what you like about the pie, but it had an awesome replenishing sound effect! (well, I am trying to say SOMETHING positive about it... ::) )

I really am a bit iffy of a constantly regurgitated pie...

I'm impressed; I've never met anyone who's managed to say anything nice about the pie before.

....... It looked like... it... might have tasted quite nice?

There, that's my contribution to this particular conundrum of the impossible.

It had a cherry on the top...

Of a Pork Pie...

Cherries are nice...

But a cherry pork pie has not yet been tried on Masterchef...

I like cherries.

That is all.
