Funny Guides/Dungeoneers

Post by Galgarach »

I dont know which team it was, they died on the corridor of blades and got some auto-activating slow spell, and they shouted away an assassin.
Anyways, I think the dungeoneer was funny the way everytime he entered he impatiently shouted "Where am oi" and at one point he shouted it half way through a room description! Another thing is, I think it waqs 'Simans' quest, when he was on the conveyor belt with the monkey wrench, to stop it moving he feebly threw the wrench in front of him  ;D

Was it Alistair's quest? I am quite sure that it was Alistair's quest. I know for sure that he was killed off in the corridore of blades. He was also the one who shouted at the assasin to "go away" in the wellway room.  Is it me or could you actually here telling the advisors that he could not go any quicker when they were shouting at him to go down the well quicker? I think that it was him who also stopped the moving corridor with the wrench, hence throwing the "spanner in the works". Anyway I managed to watch Knightmare this morning for the first time in over a week and what did I manage to catch but Simon sidestepping to the left :) :D ;D.

I think guides telling the dungeoneers what to do when they are on the eye shield is madness, a clump of something is on the floor

"Everything here is an illusion and stuff...." Thats one reason.
It was kinda funny when a dungeeneer turned away from Mogdred and covered his eyes.... placed his hands on the helmet. I mean he was blindfolded! What good did it do to cover his eyes? Accetp that it looked funny

She says: " I'll tell you something you dont know if you tell me someting I dont know,
what did the romans call Cotswold?"
After much thinking treguard drops a hint that if she doesnt know, she wont know if its wrong
The smirky one in the middle says: " SAy something funny like Caledonia"
Caledonia is actually an ancient name for Scotland!  ;D

Actually, she asked for the name of what the Romans called Colchester. I think their name for it was pretty much the same.

They called it "Camulodunum", from the original Celtic Camulodunon.  Which I think is a pretty darned mean difficult question to ask a team ;-)  So it's good that they could get away with saying anything that sounded vaguely believable.  Is that the first time Km employed the "if they don't know the answer, you can say anything you like" device that was so over-used in later series?

OK, I know it's really predictable, but it's got to be Barry and his team of Simon, Derek and Daniel. They all give plenty of classic quotes!
