I just happened to notice there wasn't a Lexicon entry about them, and I was thinking about writing one, but then it occurred to me that all the monster entries were normally crossposted from TES so it might have been done already. You have my sincerest condolences for your loss. I have just read Issue 69 (I was away this week-end, so couldn't get near a computer until today), and I enjoyed it as much as I have enjoyed all the issues I have read. Even though I didn't discover TES until fairly late on, I'm glad I found it in time to fully appreciate it and even contribute to it. Many thanks for all your hard work, and once again, my deepest sympathies for your loss.

Just been enjoying the latest Eye Shield and thought I would respond to Remember Him? I'm amazed that so many people hate Snapper-Jack. I think he's my favourite character after Lord Fear and Treguard! The return of proper riddles was great to see, and I find his voice and performance hilarious. I wish we could have seen more of him.
I wonder what the general feeling is towards Snapper-Jack nowadays...

I am very, very pleased that you have been enjoying my Classic Quest articles. You can rest assured that all eight of the remaining quests will be reviewed during the final six issues of The Eye Shield. As you care enough not only to know how many quests are left, but also which ones they are, you definitely deserve to be told that Issues 69 and 70 will feature two Classic Quests each, so don't worry - you'll be able to read about every single quest (as well as every single character, creature, puzzle, book and anything else Knightmare-related you can think of) in the relevant sections when The Eye Shield finally draws to a close.

Richard's team definitely did the right thing following the Chalice; Mogdred would have killed them mercilessly if they'd taken the other door.

In that case, it is a real shame that they did not go through the door. The scene that would have followed would perhaps have challenged his Series 4 appearance with Team 1 as his greatest moment. And it would have been quite a debut, too.

The teams cannot exit via the steps because the blue stairs prop hasn't been brought into the blue room, so they would seem to walk through the steps and wouldn't be able to reach the door if they tried it!

I'll be honest - I never would have thought of that in a million years. I guess I need to think outside the box more.
