<![CDATA[Typical Season of Knightmare]]>Hi!

Lets imagine that you have a friend, who has never heard of Knightmare, and you can introduce them to the show by showing them just one episode, from one season. Which would you show them? Which season displays Knightmare at its best (those Knightmare experts among us can specify the episode too!)

I think what we have established here is that there was nothing typical about any of it. Each series was unique in its own special way.

I'd show them one from s3 because s3's one of the most popular. For me that's the series that stuck in my mind and I remembered bits and characters from it.

Ever since that episode I became glued so I would probably show my friend that one, its a classic.

Series 6 wouldn't be my choice becuase too much of it is outside the Dungeon.

Anyway I think series 6 was the best as it mixed real footage (ie. Eyeshield and dwarf tunnels), and computer generated material. It had a nice mix of characters and Pickle instead of Majida.

Seasons 5-8 haven't got the magic and darkness of the earlier seasons. They're just not Knightmare at its best.

It's Viewer friendly and not as extreme as the first three. It has Lord Fear at his best, and has victors. As far as the episode, either the one with Sofia's Death, or Ben's entire quest.
