Kully is herself - a completely single character, not made up of other characters. She could be a cross between Earth elf and Wood elf - Elita and Velda do not stand for these types of elf. They come in many forms, attitudes and personalities - not just the ones you see on KM.

Kully is debatable - she is either an Earth elf or a Wood elf - in Knightmare she is most likely to be a Wood elf but in other places she is known as an Earth elf. Maybe she's a cross?

Cavern is less known in other fantasy stuff but I'm assuming it's a form of Earth elf.

The difference - each type of elf works with their elements. They are accustomed to the way their element works and the way it lies around them, as well as having skill associated with it. For example, not used in Knightmare but often earth elves will have a skill known as Earthmeld, where they can meld with the earth and travel or hide that way, and Wood elves have Treemeld. Cloud elves can hover or fly short distances.
