My Knightmare history is I started watching about series 3 or 4. I remember applying to be on it once and getting told at 15 I was to old for it

I was very gutted, but still it was a nice rejection letter as I remember.

Maybe they should do some specials of us older people having a go in the dungeon in the new series

Anyway thats me and Ill see you all around.

I thought about applying but I only turned eleven during series seven and never really got around to it. Plus, I didn't really have any friends who were fellow Knightfans. Mind you, perhaps it was best for me to keep the show mythical instead of taking part and learning how the magic worked - that might have spoiled certain aspect of the show for me, viewing it through the rose-tinted lens of innocent youth.

Shame that you were at or just over the border line age to be a contestant. I would've never been able to apply as 1. I didn't have any mates or acquaintances to form a team and 2. I was camera shy .
