  1. I am not a newbie. I have been using HTML, PHP, PERL, JavaScript, and many other codes as well for web designing.

  2. I have used forum software for an extremely long time. Over 6 years in fact, and don't think I will be like some newbie who spams up boards.

  3. I decided to join here to increase your traffic and build up the amount of registered users you have.

  4. I know when I am treated like a newbie, so please do not try to, or I'll know.

Anyway, I am a fan of Knightmare, and I have been ever since it first was aired in 1987. It's been a long time since I've watched it, and I've only just started again now.

Now, I'm using Filemaker Pro 7 for the database. I think websites can be made with it if it's combined with FM Advanced Server, though I doubt it would be any better than Dreamweaver, if not worse.

Just re-read your message: Nope, I had to do the design as well-it was in the specification and I remember ending up with about 40 sheets of paper worth of website.

  • I got 60/100 for it

  • I discovered web design was not my forte

  • Found out the exam board doesn't like websites. Especially French ones.

  • Binned my copy of Dreamweaver and decided to stick to databases instead for A-level, that way I don't have to spend endless hours searching over code...

  • Found out that to make a website you have to have some degree of intelligence. Preferably a high one.

Which may explain why you can design websites and not me
