Hope everyone liked our collaborative Mariah Carey filk (yes, 'filk'...according to Wikipedia, that's the proper name for these kind of things. A 'songfic' is when you write a piece of fiction based around a song). Look out for another Christmas themed filk from us very soon.

Here's a mini fanfic from me that I posted way back on LJ late last year. In fact, in about 35 minutes it'll be exactly a year to the day. I'm still not feeling adventurous enough to do the whole thing...there's some tricky rap bits, for example, but here's what I did anyway. It details exactly what was great about Series 8.
