KM is 20 this month (the exact date escapes me, someone supply this), and I think it'd be a good idea to acknowledge that you like KM! So let's see how long we can make this thread through declarations of appreciation!

Well today folks is 24 years to the day that Knightmare was first shown on television, and the countdown to the big quarter of a century milestone has officially begun.

Am going to put forward my plans to mark this occasion in the near future, so stay tuned....

It's so great that the show still has so many fans, who are all still obsessed with it too, and I'm especially pleased that there's still plenty of life left in The Eye Shield yet!

The second it launched it changed millions of people's lives forever. Where there was previously no hope, there was now Treguard. Where there was previously no meaning, there was now Monday afternoons at 4:45.

This was the first internet community I ever joined. When I first started posting in the summer of 2000, it had only started 13 years ago - now it ended 13 years ago. Over the last two decades, both while the show was on and off screen, Knightmare has enlightened the lives of so much of this country (and beyond) and even new fans who don't remember the show first time around, or weren't even born when it ended, have found it through the Challenge repeats. It's amazing that a TV show can bring so many people together, but that's the power of Knightmare.

Very very happy birthday, Knightmare, and here's to the next 20 years! I was planning a huge party in the chatroom tonight but it's not worked in over a month, so ah well!
