Mistress Goody only appeared in two quests ('often' is pushing it) and was never listed in the credits (though Treguard named her on screen and she named herself). Whether she was powerful enough to capture Merlin, or was simply on guard duty, is never made clear. There is a possible link between her and a character in one of the Knightmare computer games. I don't think anyone knows exactly who she's meant to be! She has very few speaking appearances, and what she does say is quite nonsensical and pointless. It's not at all surprising that you don't remember her.

You'll notice her in Level 1 of Series 4, often in the Eye Shield room with Malice, making a broom sweep dust with magic and (once) putting Merlin in the stocks. Pickle (or was it Treguard?) names her once as "Goody".
