Funny, of all the supposed 'hide behind the sofa' moments I never found Dr. Who scary at all.

Terrahawks I remember finding scary.

Knightmare I certainly found scary as I was only 5 when episode 1 aired and it certainly kept up the (Lord) fear factor during it's incredible run.

But that just added to it all the more and made it that much more exciting!
