The occasion just passed me by.    It's an American thing isn't it.   Not really celebrated in the UK, not sure of the origins of it all.</p>
<p dir="auto">It's where something repeats itself over and over.   If I had my way <em>that would be</em> Knightmare on television <em>every</em> day of the year.</p>
