<![CDATA[Favourite Characters]]>🙂 Hmm, this may not be the most origanal thread, but I'll ask anyway.  Being new, as I mentioned in the How Old Are You thread, I thought I'd take the time to ask "Who was your favourite character in Knightmare?"  

Mine was always Treguard, cos as the DungeonMaster he had some of the best lines!! And now I think he looks pretty good too!

Pooka is the best- just mischevious and always takes you by suprise- kinda cute too.

I reckon sidriss could be pretty hot... along with Aesandra and maybe I wouldnt say no to a stroll in the greenwood with gwendoline...

BUT, Lord Fear is by far the greatest- it's not often he gets defeated and he has power over the powers that be (doesn't he?- he destroyed the dungeon)

has the ice-queen at his erm.. disposal and can stick his hand in the game whenever he feels. Who gives a sh*t about dungeoneers when your in control eh??

    Since then I can't look at that picture or see that clip without laughing.

He's always been a particularly entertaining character, both in his usually rude "DOGSBOTTOM!" attitude and when he chooses to be a little different - the time he was overjoyed to find he had a friend was one of the most memorable of Knightmare's moments to me.

    For villain, it had to be Mogdred, hammy though he was.

    I also liked the idea of him having a little pet - "look upon Mogdred and quail" - almost like a double act.

    I thought Oakley was awful. Just about anything that asked a question was better than him.

However, I was five years old when he made his debut - and I was scared sh*tless, so it certainly did the trick.

    I like Lord Fear because of the humour. He was also played extremely well. It's plainly obvious that Mark Knight enjoyed every minute of it!

    Sylvester Hands is a marvellous character too, imo. Sort of an utterly inept and dozy Fagin. Every scene with him and Lord Fear was always funny.

    I've always quite liked Hordriss, too (incidentally, when choosing my forum moniker I wanted to select one that would best sum up my incessent intellectualism and penchance for pompous posturing ). Extremely well played.

    I like Motley, too, if only because of his longevity. I think a Km dungeon is never complete without a jester.

    I've never really hated any of the characters. Some of them I really like (Treguard, of course, goes without saying). The rest I've never minded.

    Worst - Majida(Bring back pickle),Velda(Not much character),Brother strange (didnt really have much character either) Malice-Morghanna rip off who can't decide if shes bad or good lol.
