Hello there.  I am sure I'll think up questions for you, but first of all, welcome to the forum.

And don't worry if your English is not grand, my French is even worse!

Welcome to the Knightmare and Le Chevalier du Labyrinthe forum. I hope that there are many more french fans out there who even join this community in the near furture.

In fact I hope there are fans from many other countries. We have one or two living in Finland (Finnish. I think that one speeks similar to French[Snowwiewolf]), atleast one in Germany (moved recently from England) and probably a few more.

Just a couple of questions though have you ever seen the british version (Knightmare) if so what did you think of it compared to the French version? How did you find out about the Knightmare website/this forum?

Sorry if this post is a bit long for you, I have problems half the time following posts which are quite long.

Hello !!

Thanks a lot ! I'm very happy to be in this forum ! :D
I will try to come in this forum several times per week !

I  have really the impression to be THE only French personn who hasn't forgotten Le chevalier du labyrinth.
when I speak to a person about Le chevalier du labyrinthe, nobody remembers it.   :(

Yes I saw the british version ! I prefer the french version but it's normal !!!  ;D

In the credits of Le chevalier du labyrinthe, it is noted that the emission is based English emission called "Knightmare".

and a few years later, when I had Internet, I made research on yahoo and I found this site !

in my next message (certainement this week end or monday), I will give my opinion on the two versions!

excellent week end for you all !

Hello !!

This is  my opinion on the two versions !
For the french version : I like the music of each part where moves the knight .
But I find that several questions of knowledge ask to the knight are too hard  .
I like the character called "Mandragore" . She is very funny.
It is a very ugly  woman witch which shouts a lot but which has humour .

For the english version :
not understanding English language, I don't arrive at knowing what the characters say .
But there are much more rooms and  and specials effects that in the French version .

see your soon
Fabien

Yes, certainly more rooms in the Knightmare than in Chevalier, and the quests were much longer, which made it more tense.

The quests in Chevalier are probably too short to have three lives, but I still found the episode on Illusion's site great fun to watch  -  and being difficult to please, I hadn't really expected to.

I hope you're still lurking somewhere, Fabien. I think most of us here shared your enjoyment of Chevalier, from this little we've seen of it. Most were at the very least pleasantly surprised. :D

Uhm... before I even think about downloading the clip, I want to know if there's going to be anything similar to the lifeforce skull in the clip... You know how that thing gives me the jibblies. ...come to think of it, the jibblie jibblies. Eergh.
