Post by Mystara »

If you pledged and received a SUPER ticket for the convention, you may now book your turn in the dungeon. Please see the following page:

I pledged but outside of My brothers knightmare convention saturday ticket I'm yet to recieve mine ( super saturday saver ticket ), I was never asked to give My details for it ( no confirmation email ), i assumed we had this sorted at the door since I got nothing back outside of confirming & booking Me for said ticket via email.

I thought I could book times anyway if I was put down for it, now I'm confused.

As has been said several times already, no tickets are being distributed for people who pledged.
Just bring along a printout of your contribution confirmation email.

I have no idea what you're asking, sorry.

Slight problem there for me and my girlfriend Roz. We deleted our confirmation e-mails. How are we going to get into the con?

What if we don't have a printer?

At least one of the emails said they'll have a list with our names on, if I remember correctly...

No, we don't have names. IndieGoGo don't give them to us.

The official position is: You must bring a printout or a ticket. If you don't have a printer, I suggest trying:
- An internet cafe
- Your local library
- Work
- A friend
- A print/copy shop

As an absolute last resort, I can arrange to have the ticket office send you a physical copy of a ticket. However, they will charge you for this service.

Skarkill:
If you log in to IndieGoGo, you can view a list of your contributions. Print off a copy of that page.

Ah, my mistake - one of the Indiegogo emails said you had a list of everyone who had contributed; I didn't realise this wasn't by name.

Obviously there won't be panels going on during the dungeon sessions; will there be other things going on (screenings etc), or do they all require the same space?

We do not intend to run the dungeon while the big events (screenings, panels, David Rowe's demonstration, Late Night with Lord Fear) are running.

Other events, such as signings and photographs will be going on while the dungeon is in operation.
We may also have a couple of smaller parallel talks going on. It's currently unclear.

Is it bad I actually had a dream about this last night? Getting a tad excited now.

It's bad that you had a dream about it; you're supposed to have a nightm... You know what, I'll just get my coat.

Sounds odd they don't give you names, what about the dvds and stuff you're sending off? they must provide a name so you know who to send it to?

Would it be acceptable to pull up the email on my phone, or is a physical printout absolutely required?

I cannot guarantee how the venue will react, so to cover ourselves, I should really say "bring a physical printout of the email".

But I know as well as you do that a reasonable person would consider showing it on your phone to be sufficient.
