Snowwie, the book title I came up with was a short book meaning you do NOT know how to be unimaginative.  :)

Okay, kidsies, the compilation is now on Other Side.

I've had to leave out quite a bit to keep the number of entries down to (relatively) sensible proportions, and I've also kept a number of the more forum-referential ones out, as they're only going to confuse readers who don't follow the forum. I've also edited one or two individual entries to make them work a bit better, but credit has remained firmly with the originators.
