I don't think so becuase, well, nobody can agree on how to spell geist, and some people might not get the joke.
By the way - it should actually be Stormgeist. I think.

Looking through the series guides again just now I need to dig this thread up again.

I have just found the other advisors name looking through the issues of the The Eye Shield (issue 7). The advisor from that quest is also David.

I suspect an error here: The page on the series guide has a space labelled 'Level 3' and it only mentions the death on the Block and Tackle. Should this be Death instead? (i.e. the team died on level 2) (Because at the start of level 3, they should have found the silver chalice that Malice asked him to find at the start).

Thanks for pointing that out. I will have a look and get it corrected when I get a moment.

They were actually in Series 2 Team 7, and not the atrociously bad team 6 as stated on the main page.
