I think there's also the legendary appearance of a fire extinguisher in one of the Eye Shield sequences. I don't know which, though.

There were many blunders in KM, there is bound to be in any production you see.
This is perhaps not the largest, yet perhaps the most unnoticed. Just before team 1 die in S3, you notice the life force zoom passed them in Ariadne's old lair.....As the enter the Vale, the life force can still be seen as small, flat image in the distance. It shouldn't be there, but it is.
Also in S4, on thw way down to Level 3, you can see signs and writing on the wall of the fortess. Shocking!

maybe they were trying to say the writing was on the wall for some teams in level 3:?!

At the end of Julie 2's quest in s7, when they are being congratulated listen carefully. Hear that very loud crashing sound? The cast sure did!
