I am excited that S4 is going to be shown, but since it only has 16 episodes then that means the series will only last for about four weeks at the most then it will probably be repeated again, then what happens after that will it be repeated again or will another series be shown or nothing?

I suppose they would repeat it once. I wonder if they still have the rights to Series 3 and might repeat that again after showing Series 4.

i think that if we all do our best to spread the word it wont be an issue. If we get the S4 ratings high enough i believe they WILL get the rights for all 8 series and show them back to back for as long as they can.
And that (i'm sure we all agree with this) would be BRILLIANT!!!

Well, TV ratings are decided by select one thousand or so people who are randomly chosen by BARB (audience research company) to have a little box connected to their TV set which monitors what they are watching.
You could ask hundreds of people to watch Knightmare on Challenge, but if none of them are participating in the audience research, its not going to make any difference in the ratings.
I for one have never known of anyone who has taken part in this research, but the figures are supposed to be quite accurate as the sample chosen is representative of the UK population's viewing habits.

They said they'll be showing it before each episode of Knightmare in the Cult Selection in May.

Hey, if the ratings continue to impress us with series 4, then who knows what might happen.
It's looking very promising

I'm pleased that Challenge have got the 4th series and you lot with Sky TV and a subscription to Challenge will be able to see it. Not only that, but it'll probably pick up a whole lot of knew fans. And it's good what people power can do. That's the good knews.
*Sigh* But the bad knews is for fans without Sky TV (including me). They won't be able to see it again properly until it comes out on DVD, or unless there's a miracle and ITV actually start showing it again (which isn't likely). :(

Maybe if you search around then you might be able to find somewhere that do cheep installation for digital or cable or some places might have specials on digital or cable. I got a pop up visiting one website (can't remember which one though) saying standard Sky Digital installation for £1.
