Knightmare game = great idea - but on the GameCube not the PS2 or xbox.
Nintendo has so much history, you can't beat nintendo consoles - I only ever buy them and I only ever have; because they really know how to make a console.
But I think even hopes for a new TV series is still quite a long-shot.

I guess it's fair to say the prospect isn't as certain as some people would have you believe. But I'd also assume that
Televirtual wouldn't be putting a lot of resources into its development if they didn't think there was a realistic chance of it happening.

I think Knightmare would be good. You would'nt have to follow a dungeoneer, you could go along the book roue of seeing the dungeon through treguards eyes. It could be something like final fantasey or something like that. After all the books kicked some serious butt

They certainly did. I've got them all except two and I still read them. Occasionally, the board game is taken out of the cupboard but it is impossible to finish if everyone plays reasonably well.

Dammit...I posted a similar topic on the General board. Have a look if you wish.

In my opinion, I think Knightmare on the PS2 could work. You can use the microphone that you get with that Socom army game, plus the internet broadband connection. This might allow you to be the dungeoneer, and have three advisors. Like say, you encounter a wall monster. Your team mates discuss for a while, then tell you the answer. You say the answer, and the wall monster listens. If you get what I'm saying that is. Also, during series 7 and upwards of Knightmare, the helmet did change for the Visor. So like, when trying to look at a character or hazard, you can see through the Visor using a spell or some sort. What do you think?

Hi!
It's an interesting idea and I'm sure it could be done. Mind you, if it's played exactly like the tv show, the Dungeoneer wouldn't be able to see (save for a couple of occasions in which, as you say, a spell is used). In other words, they'd have a blank screen, more or less. With the graphics capabilities of the PS2 sitting there, it might not go down too well.

Ah, but if the helmet design was like in series 1 to 6, then the dungeoneer will be allowed to see the floor, and look at what's on tables. So including the Sight spell shindig, it might be effective.

That's a point. It may well work, then. Add VR-goggles and it would be very close indeed to the real thing.

Heh, outsmarting a Knight rank. Must be talent. Ah well. Who else agrees with my points?

Hehe! Well, it isn't a rank - more of a measure of how much I waffle on.

Although you don't waffle as much as GG, but then again I don't think anyone waffles as much as GG. GG could waffle for Europe!
