Who is Kully?

I've glanced at a couple the fan fics and I've found some character called Kully.
Am I right in thinking she's an elf?

Lol Kully is a character I created in my early stages of fanfiction writing - one that many would probably call a Mary-Sue. I don't mind that cos I was a naive writer then
Yes, Kully is an Elf. She is a character I play in the KMRPG too, and a lot of people associate her with me, and as being me, but this isn't strictly true
She's just a character I made and play. Does that answer your question?
