Klassic Discussion Archive

Long term members will be aware that it has been my intention to create an archive section of the forum to move all important threads into since the forum started.

These include significant announcements, debates, behind the scenes info, contestant posts etc... basically stuff to be preserved and for easy reference.

I was wondering if members could help me out by suggesting suitable threads, preferably with the links to the discussion so I can consider moving them to the archive section. Maybe some of you have them bookmarked, or can remember suitable threads from memory.

Thanks!

Hmm just noticed that classic has been changed to Klassic, very Knice. Anyway as I've suggested on that debatable thread that started this whole thing off, does anyone agree that the large topics (10+ pages) such as the "Things you never see...", "U Know sum1...", "They wouldn't say...", etc. threads should be moved to another board i.e. The Klassic discussion Archive board?

All threads that get into the Top 10 on the stats section should, by definition, be moved onto the Klassic board, I say.

Any news items from the forums would go quite well in there, as well as links to any communal contributions within the forums (such as projects to do with KM somehow).

Well, you could move this thread, as it announced Series 1 and 2 coming to Challenge: http://www.talkknightmare.co.uk/yabbse/ ... eadid=1250

This thread announced Series 4:
http://www.talkknightmare.co.uk/yabbse/ ... readid=339

And this thread (thread 5!) announced Series 3 way back in 2002:
http://www.talkknightmare.co.uk/yabbse/ ... threadid=5

How about another new forum for discussing the episodes that are currently airing on Challenge? The 'Series X Episode Y' topics are tending to clog up the General forum, and often it seems to be a race to post the topic first, rather than discuss.

Suggestion: Have the 'currently shown episodes' forum so that only a moderator can create new topics, but anyone can reply. Then, Illusion or someone can create a topic around the right time, so there wouldn't be a race to post the topic first.

Page 8 of the Knews Discussion section has the thread on the Km reformatting announcement, made way back in November 2002. That could be a good one to include. :)

And thankyou! :)

Thanks for the suggestions... I have moved a few more across.

Does anyone know where the thread is where Tim Child confirmed the Series 8 Life Force was a pie? I can't seem to find it.

Thanks - please keep the ideas coming.

I'm probably wrong, but I thought that he said that in the interview!

How about for a thread there can be something like what if an adventure did not take a wrong turning at a particular point (especiallyin levels three). what sort of adventure would we put in it to make the journey complete so to speak?
