I don't know if you're already aware of it, but there is a campign to show KM on FTN, a new channel owned by the same company that run
Challenge?.
Lots of people have posted on their website. If you or anyone else wish to add to the list, here's the link:

we need it on a channel that gets alot of viewers, somthing like Nickelodeon or sumthin. I'm sure the rateings would be high. Oh yeah and it needs to be shown more than on weekend morning, Weekends are for lie ins but Knightmare keeps ruining it

Well, if it's doing well for Challenge? and they got the rights to the other Series, they'd have a huge number of episodes more than they currently have, and might be tempted to give it a regular weekday slot, instead of/in addition to the weekend slot. I think it's a lot more feasible to work with the channel that's showing it presently rather than seek a completely different channel/company to air it.
And before some smartypants says "Well, FTN is a different channel, why are you expending energy trying to get them to show it?", remember FTN is owned by the same company as Challenge?, and show programmes from the other Flextech channels, Challenge? included. Plus they're new and have specifically asked for new programme ideas.

And best of all, F tn is a Freeview channel - so a LOT more people will be able to see Km since no subscription is required.

Challenge is already showing series 3. Mind you, that's no good to me because I don't have Sky :(
The F tn thread is up to 29 replies now - keep 'em coming everyone! And well done and thanks to everyone who has already replied. :)

I feel so sorry for people in certain areas that don't have sky and can't even get freeview in the areas they live, so if Knightmare was shown on freeview also they still would not be able to see Knightmare >:(. I read today on my local newspaper website that my area will probably not get freeview as it may upset the Belgians >:( (not that I care much about what they think anyway

). Also terrestrial tv is going to be switched off at the end of this decade, (which was said last decade), so those poor viewers will lose out if they don't have sky.
Anyway some areas still can't even get channel five on terrestrial tv.
I also think that there's a special offer on for sky plus at the moment
