Parody of Daydream Believer by The Monkees
Posted: 11 Jan 2004, 13:38
I've got all the musical talent of Fearne Cotton with her lips sewed together, but I've decided to be a sport and join in. Although it goes without sauying that this one's rubbish...
(To the tune of Daydream Believer. "With feeling, everyone.")
If I could hide
Beneath the wings,
Of a dragon as he swings,
Over land and sea
To level two.
As he lands,
And I rise,
From my saddle in the skies,
The great wyrm tells me to hurry
Up and leave.
Cheer up sleepy genie!
Oh what can it mean,
To the poor dungeoneer
On a slow-moving team?
When we went to sea,
Majida smiled up at me,
"Nemanor get you to level three."
But this quest is slow enough
Without crossing oceans rough.
Why's that wyrm never where he should be?
Cheer up sleepy genie!
Oh what can it mean,
To the poor dungeoneer
On a slow-moving team?
(Repeat ad infinitum.)
Oh well, at least it's a clean one. :-S
