A great Knightmare joke...

Post by GrandDizzy »

My best friend and I were always big Knightmare fans and we always have a laugh about it every so often. Recently, he thought up this great joke which had me laughing for days! Here it is...

(note, Majida has been replaced with Pickle in this joke, simply because Pickle is funnier!)

It's 1994. The final series of Knightmare has come to an end. Treguard has said farewell to all the contestants and the dungeons have all collapsed. The show is now well and truly over.

Treguard walks across the room and puts out the fireplace that has burnt over the past 8 years.

Everything is quiet and still.

Finally, Treguard hangs up his cape, turns to Pickle and says, "Spellcasting... d, h, s, s." and they both vanish, never to be seen again.

Hey, that's actually rather good. Anybody know any more?

It's funnier if you hear him saying it in your head. It's just the way Treguard always said the last two "S"s slowly and dramatically before the contestants vanished. It cracked me up.

No disrespect to Hugo of course, we love him! I reckon he himself would find this joke funny.

Yes, the second joke is less amusing. The first one makes up for it tho'. :)

BTW, if anyone hasn't looked at them, something really amusing (IMO, anyway) are Rainecloud's screen captures with captions (under the "Fan Stuff" heading on this site). Now, if only we could convince you to do more... ;)

Ummm, here's another:

Dungeoneer: Hi. Um, are you going to ask me any questions?
Olgarth: Falsehood!
Dungeoneer: Okay. No questions. Can you tell me which objects to choose then?
Olgarth: Falsehood!
Dungeoneer: Alright then. Can I have a clue?
Olgarth: Falsehood!
Dungeoneer: You know, you're not much help at all.
Olgarth: Falsehood!!
Dungeoneer: And you look exactly like Granitas.
Olgarth: Falsehood!!!
Dungeoneer: Well I'm out of here. All you ever say is "falsehood".
Olgarth: Falsehood!!!
Dungeoneer: I don't suppose you have any useful information to help to me on my quest?
Olgarth: Falsehood!
Dungeoneer: Honestly, it's like talking to the flaming wall!
