Baker Knight and the Knightmares

Thomas Baker Knight Jr. (a.k.a. Baker Knight) is perhaps best known for writing The Wonder of You. In 1956 he started a group called Baker Knight and The Knightmares. (This may be the earliest known use of the pun.)
