Video Production! Knightmare Documentary!

Post by Fidjit »

I have good knews!

I have been asked to a final major product on any subject we prefer.

Knightmare was the first thing to come, so I am hopefully going to a sort of, all about Knightmare, kind of thing.

The ISLE OF WIGHT COLLEGE have a new media block with a GREEN/BLUE SCREEN!!!  ;D  ;D  ;D

I'll be able to import a room from Knightmare and put it to the blue screen, so it looks like I'm walking round a dungeon room!

What do you think?

Is it a good idea? If you have any ideas about this, I'll be grateful!  ;)
If the only way is onward how would you get home for tea?? :-/

Sounds great! Isle Of Wight - even better; my mum grew up there and we still visit from time to time.
Subject to change.

Yes, it sounds rather cool. It might again be something that might be worth sending to Illusion when it's all finished if there's something suitable for him to consider putting up on KM.com.

Good luck with it, and apologies for the slow reply.

Have you contacted him? Not sure from what you've said if you intend to start from scratch or try to use things from the original KM.

I asked him if I can borrow it this was his reply!

We did have a spare one of the old Cow-horn type hanging around Glenn. I'll try to dig it out and if I can find it you're welcome to borrow it.

Remind me again in about a week. lest I forget!

Hehe, nice! So is it an original KM room you'll be using? If so, any ideas on which one yet?

Ah, then I guess you'll be busy looking around/watching for the time being, then. :D

But I watch it in the evening unless I am not bell ringing or at the snooker hall...

Thought:-

To create an empty room:- why not 'photoshop' A scan of the Knightmare board-game?

I tried some for the sake of my SAE coursework, will see what I can find. Might turn out better quality than a video frame-grab

Or you could get someone arty to actually paint the backgrounds for you? That would be quite fun, true David Rowe style! They could do designs and you'd get to pick!

I thought KM fans were supposed to hate the sound of the bell...  ;)

Still, well done for bringing KM into your college work, and I wish you success and fun with this particular venture. And please, be careful with the Helm of Justice!
