TimeGate Promo Trailer

By Keith McDonald

TimeGate was a new TV adventure game show pilot in 2002 from Televirtual, the successor to Tim Child's company, Broadsword. Watch the trailer.

Virtual Reality. You thought it was just a bunch of 3D images? You little fool. You forgot the fourth dimension. In a world of incredible dangers, the greatest hazard of all is time. So, you have to watch the clock if you want to keep your head.

Tired of reality television? Bored with conventional gameshows? Then join the game where absolutely nothing is real, except the challenge of facing up to the impossible.

How to get into the game? Easy enough. Just track down the entrance and step into another world. But be warned. It will change you, in ways you can't imagine.

There's only one way in, and only one way out: through the mysterious TimeGate itself. But the trouble is, it's never in the same place twice.

Of course, for risks, there must be rewards, and treasure here is equally valuable in your world. They say you can't take it with you, but if you can escape alive, then you can!

So, get ready for TimeGate. Reality was never like this. Television was never like this. It's just simply a game...
