That's one great thing about the last 2 series - the comedy!

Here's another (unsurprisingly from good ol' Lord F.)

The Mark Knight/Cliff Barry combo was inspired.

"When the fire burns, the Knightmare returns."

So memorable was that line that I remembered it a full decade and a half after originally seeing it as a wide-eyed five-year old.

Anyway, Barry and Hands:

"If you were strong, you'd be able to capture us both [me and Romahna]. This is a strength potion."
"Is it beer?"
"Well, more or less - tastes like beer, anyway."
"Oh no, I can't, his lordship said not to."
"No, there's no alcohol in it, so he won't mind."
"Well, if it hasn't got any alcohol I'm not interested."

Lord Fear: "What? Me? Surrender? You must be absolutely out of your tiny mind!"

Which lines did/do you find funny/memorable or did you think were silly/stupid? Any particular reason why?

I like this one of Lord Fear's from Series 7 (on Simon's quest), and it's memorable for me because it makes me laugh out loud (apologies if I missed any words from the quote):

"Yes, me. Moi. Numero uno. Mr Big, the maaaaan!"

LOL!!

Lord F: "Course I like to gloat. Love it. Something of a hobby."

Treguard: "There's only one way out of [a monster's stomach]. Well two actually, but we won't go into that..."

Majida: "For once, can you give a straight answer?"
Treguard: "Maybe."

Treguard: "Any decision is better than indecision. Well almost."

Cedric: "If you wanna play c0ckroach, just say so and I'll tread on ya!"

Lord Fear: "You smell like something the cat brought up!"

Treguard: "Life goes on... or not."

Lord Fear: "Winning isn't about playing fair. It's about winning."

Cedric: "You're gonna need your strength... cos you 'aven't got any brain."

Brother Mace: "I sit here in my lonely cell and I contemplate the follies of the wide world. And I also drink a lot of ale."

"You don't drink? Ah, you have taken a vow. My vow is precisely the opposite."

Dialogue between Barry and Hands:

And something needs to be done about the ridiculous censor that won't let you post "c0ckroach" without resorting to the o/0 trick as I just have. I'll go and say so on Website Feedback.

The "Dickon's got the horn" line doesn't seem to have made it into the final edit, even if it got a mention in Debz's interview with David Learner.

Yeah, I noticed that too. There I was eagerly watching and listening for it and...it wasn't there.

Wasn't Dicken's got the Horn cut out? I listened for it but didn't find it. I heard David Learner mention it on an interview outside a castle.
