Comical adventurer guiding

Post by Dan »

It's been a long time since I've seen series 3, not having any tapes and missing it when it was on Sci-Fi...

This weekend's episodes reminded me: what's your favourite piece of comical adventurer-guiding by the advisors, be it unpressured foolishness or panic-induced scrambling?

What reminded me?  Kelly's advisors for them getting kelly to walk backwards on several occasions... must say I'm looking forward seeing once again the last team of series 4 and their block and tackle routine ;-)

There was an advisor near the beginning of the series who went some thing like "turn le...r...l...go to your...l...turn around."

I thought it was funny today when a harmless bat was flying through one of the corridors and one of the advisors shouted "LOOK OUT" at the top of his voice, poor fool, probably hasn't seen a single episode of knightmare but decided to go on it

I thought yesterday's episode was quite funny when the advisors made hard work of guiding the dungeoneer down the path (mind you, he was making it difficult for himself too!)

Turn left...right a bit...forward...stop..turn right a bit...no RIGHT...back a bit...no left, not back...forward...STOP  :)

I started to panic (I haven't seen series three properly before cos I was about 5 when it was on) when they started farting around on the snakes tongue!!!! They knew for a fact they didn't have much time - I'm surprised they got this far!!!!

At the start of Kelly's quest (Saturday's ep) when the advisors told her to "walk through the door in front of you" in the dice room - but forgetting that she CAN'T SEE. And Treguard chortling while informing them that she's blind.

Well, the bats weren't in any of the previous series so you can't really blame him.

Don't they get to see how the previous teams do? Two teams are in the studios at any one time, remember. Still, I always laugh when they describe the bats to the dungeoneer.

I thought Leos team was quite good myself, and it was a real shame that they died due to a really difficult question! :(

Team 3 in Series 3 that almost dies early in a bomb room, it went something like this

Turn around
Walk Forward,STOP
Side Step to the Left, No Right
Keep going, No Go Left
Forward

Now they only got out in time, but watch that episode again, the Bomb actually does explode a split second before they walk out, but I'm guessing that because it was so early in the game, Prehaps they let them off??

I do however Love Team 1 Series 3 in the cavern part where they die

Now Turn To your right
And Walk forward(Why do this when  there is QuickSand quite clearly in front of you) ;D ;D ;D

Still brings me out in fits of laugher when I see that bit

I cant wait to view this episode again soon on Challenge, many say it is one of the most hilarious bits on Knightmare in any series so I cant wait to have a good giggle watching this. Anyone know how many more episodes I need to wait in order to watch this again.

;D it was something wasnt it

i also like the "your in a room" it doesnt really help to much i cant see y they need to give out every little detail..one team tryed to explane what the floor looked like..  and the room witht he upside down doors "they could be windows but also doors if they were the other way round"

Why on earth did the current team (or the last one) walk in the snakes mouth? and even if they didnt im sure the same room would have come up (of corse the inside of the snake was added) i thought the idear was to avoide the snake.. as last time the team got stuck and need the egg.. kinda silly really that one was just planed to well.
