Another three days? If you can wait seventeen years to see series 1, you can wait another three days.
Never mind, you still have the delights of the last EVER episode of Knightmare to cherish.

Ok, no offence, but this is FAR too early. It isn't a race to see who can post the next summary thread, you know. There should really be a rule saying that these type of threads can only be created on the day the episode is broadcast, otherwise people will start posting them days, even WEEKS before the episode itself.

Re:Series 1, Episode 1 - The Beginning
(shouldn't encourage your little games but I'll add something related to series 1, episode 1)
I was born in 1987 (or "The Year of Our Knightmare") and obviously have never seen this series before so don't know what to expect.
There has been lots of discussion about whether these episodes were better than the later ones. I hope not to be disapointed but all my memories of Kinghtmare as it should be are of the last few seasons. I'll have to wait to Monday to find out if things started of as well as they carried on...

I'm 14 and I don't have Challenage so I've never seen Knightmare before! I'm getting my friend to record it but she lives in Yorkshire (and I live in West Mids) so I won't see it until July-August time!

Agreed, I would now kindly ask that people do not start these threads until the day the episode is broadcast. Also the person starting the thread must comment on the episode.BillyH wrote: Ok, no offence, but this is FAR too early. It isn't a race to see who can post the next summary thread, you know. I have been thinking about moving all episode threads to a new forum section, which will make easy reference for the future, e.g. people can easily find the discussion for a particular episode and add comments at any time in future. What do people tink about this idea?

Yes a "Specific Episodes Discussion" board is a nice idea.
As for this nonsense about being the first to start the thread about an episode... *sighs*. As has been pointed out before, there's been a lot of pointless gratuitous posting recently by a number of people and it's just starting to get childish. A joke's a joke, guys, but if you keep recycling them, they wear thin.

I was thinking last night of suggesting something like that, calling it something like Series' episode by episode reviews or something similar.
And Shepps, don't push your luck .

Or have a seperate forum on this board for episode stuff. Starting a topic 3 days early just to be the first to post is stupid.
May I suggest that Illusion deletes this topic.

I think it's a good idea as well, Illusion. General Discussion tends to have a lot of active topics these days, so anything to help 'tidy up' the Forum without curtailing discussion is no bad thing in my opinion!
Knightmare: Kid-worthy, Naasty, Inspiring, Groundbreaking, Humorous, Treguard, Mesmerising, Adult-worthy, Rewarding, Essential.

On the other hand, just, er, 24 to go of these topics, and then all shall fade into dust.
There's a lot of gathering of these threads to do as well- right back to the depths of this forum. Still, a nice seperate section will clear this place up a bit. A separate bit for queries on certain episodes/teams would also be useful.
So yes, I tink it would be a good idea.

Re:Series 1, Episode 1 - The Beginning
I've had an idea on how to do episode analysis in a tidy manner.
1. An admin person creates a sticky topic devoted to a particular episode, which can be contributed to for a few days after that episode is screened.
2. After that time is up, the topic is locked and moved to another forum section containing old, locked topics.
This will keep the General section more tidy, I think.

Subject to change.
