Unfair because they were left of and it was fixed, it was fixed i remember Barry him self telling us about it.
Worse quest.. they won by cheating..

They didnt cheat though, it was quite obvious they just let off Barry's Team over 2 deaths because it was the last episode and it would just be extremly pointless to introduce another team for just 5-10 mins when they wouldnt even get further than the first 2-3 rooms.
It was cheating in the way though that if Barry was say one of the first few teams of Series 7, the producers would surely NOT let them off, so its a bit dodgy in this situation but you cant deny they were not a good team as they were excellent still.

Series 8 tomorrow, I cant wait

but you can dismiss the times they were let off,
As i mean by cheating the whole quest was a put on, a fake, fixed for the reasons of a season finish.

tru, but wouldn't it have sucked if the Troll had destroyed Knightmare Castle? Ok, we would have had a knew one, but there are some storylines that need to be fixed! Imagine if Barry had fallen off on PYCR - 5minutes for a team to get the hammer and back! hehe

well thats right... The point is to much credit was giving to the team, credit giving when due but when the quest was indeed a fixed production it become difficult to 'rate' the team.

Which i agree with. Phew, long way round to come to that point, and thanks that you did! Basically, Barry's team were good, and entertaining, but if earlier on and succeeded they could legitimately be called one of the, if not the, best team(s) of all time??

WTF?! Ok, i'm prob Barry's biggest fan [mainly due to that relentless gob =)] but even those (Such As Mephisto!) who aren't his biggest fan have to say thats ridiculously harsh - Vertical Hole? Ooh, so hard. Hobgoblin? Hmmm.. A Goblin and Hob-nobs combined?! lol But that was ridiculously harsh (if serious, if just a lil bit of banter, ok, OTT, but can live with) Just GRR!!

If you guys want to see Barry Thorne getting away with being sliced in two in the Corridor of Blades and nearly dying of starvation you may find two clips on http://www.knightmareproject-clips.tk/

I'd quite like to make (or someone else to make) an edit of that Corridor of Blades scene. Instead of Barry being let off when the blade touches him, have the screen go red (like in Series , then fade back to the CoB as the skull death scene appears.

Probably could do it with the following (high-quality) clips:

1. Barry in the Corridor of Blades
2. Daniel/Gideon's CoB death from Series 8 (red screen)
3. Team 3's death in Series 5 (Skull)

Oddly I can't find a filter on Photoshop or anything that'll make the screen turn single-color above a certain threshold, anyone want to help me out?
