Today's Metro 'newspaper' (cough-cough) has an article about Beverley Knight appearing in a stage version of The Bodyguard, and the inevitable comparisons with Whitney Houston that are surely imminent.

The title of the article is, perhaps inevitably, It's a Knight mare trying to be a new Whitney...

I did a slight double take reading this article and seeing "Knighthood: David Verey", as my brain automatically misread a couple of words!

According to new research, anxiety creates brain activity that causes us to veer left. Further research may be needed to establish whether it causes us to advise others to veer left into gaping holes and such.
