Re:Knightmare Monopoly!
Perhaps the spyglass card could allow you to make them Re-roll their dice roll?
EG: They roll a 6 which takes them past your squares, play Spyglass and they roll a 3 and land on your domain!
Or of ocurse see any cards that they have (Get out of Jail Free, Spell Cards, etc)

Knightmare Cluedo
Something of an unnecessary post, as that idea had already been mentioned twice.Thanatos wrote: The "Go!" square could be Knightmare Castle or the Antechamber.

This, plus the fact that Knightmare Monopoly had been featured in Knightmare itself, is why I felt it inappropriate to suggest anything new. I've seen Sue's 'Knightmaropoly', and though I didn't get a chance to play it, it looked very good.Madmogsue wrote: *waves hand*
ooh ooh i already made one...
However, there are plenty of other popular board games... so if I may, I will redirect this thread.
Characters:
Miss Scarlett - Sidriss
Mrs. White - Melly
Mrs. Peacock - Lillith
Professor Plum - Merlin
Reverend Green - Grimaldine
Colonel Mustard - Skarkill
Weapons: The dagger, rope and spanner can stay, as they were all in Knightmare too. My suggestions for the others are poison, club and crossbow.
Rooms:
Hall - S3 Roll-the-die room
Library - S4 Eye Shield room
Lounge - Antechamber
Study - Any of Merlin's various chambers (Motley did mention Merlin's study on one occasion)
Kitchen - S3 kitchen
Dining Room - Clue room (it's where dungeoneers eat, after all)
Billiard Room - Wellway room (since in both these rooms, the aim is to get something down a hole, so to speak)
Ballroom - Fireball room
Conservatory - S3 Stained Glass Window room
Secret passages - Dwarf tunnel, Elf path
Any other ideas for Cluedo (or a different board game)?

Seems like you're doing it on the colours, rather than the personality. I reckon Mildread's your Mrs White (she was old, see) or Mrs Grimwold.Drassil wrote: Miss Scarlett - Sidriss

Colonel Mustard - Skarkill
And as for Reverend Green - Brother Mace was probably the holiest of all the religious characters, but Cedric was wearing the right colour as well.
Colonel Mustard - I count Sir Hugh de Witless as a (not very good) military man, and Gumboil as well. So I think you're safer with Skarkill...
Maybe Hordriss as Prefessor Plum? After all, Merlin was clearly losing his marbles towards the end of S4 and Hordriss never did. Though he did get captured a couple of times.
Can't fault you on the other two, though. Perfect choices.
How about another one: snakes and ladders, in reverse, where 1 is the top left square, 100 is the bottom right, and the board is full of wells, descenders, FLOAT spells and Smirkenorffs... obviously the point being to go DOWN!

All great ideas. There aren't many other great boardgames that lend themselves to this kind of templating. I asked my friend and he suggested "Hungry Hungry Pookas" which just about shows the limits of the games we can adapt as well as the circles I mix in!

As no other dungeoneer was eaten by a blocker, we'll never know.
I've had another mad idea.
Knightmare Guess Who?
So that's getting near the bottom of the barrel...

Knightmare Monopoly
I built a custom monopoly board for some friends, a while ago. So having read this thread has made me wonder....
How would you build a Knightmare monopoly? What would the properties be?
I would hope the railway stations represented the sword, crown, shield and cup.
Any other ideas?
