I suppose this is a bit of a shot in the dark question, but does anybody know the name of the hill Knightmare Castle is perched on top of? I don't think I've seen it given a name. There is supposedly a nearby abandoned village the castle was originally built to defend from marauders, called Dunsholm, but the hill? Nothing I can find. Checking the first KM novella, all it says is that Dunshelm Castle towers
