Re: New assitant for Treguard
I think the next logical step in the progression from Pickle to Majida would be Captain Jack Sparrow. Ish.

No, just, no. She was annoying in Doctor Who, shame, I normally like gingers!dontyoulikemypie wrote:Bonnie Langford.
On topic, I would agree that Treguard was better on his own, both Pickle and Majida were annoying IMO (Majida marginally less so than Pickle)

Count Duckula and Knightmare! My childhood in the 80s! Funny, along with Ghostbusters and The Trap Door I seem to be weaned on creepy TV prgogrammes.FrightKnight wrote:Harsh...

Yes, an Igor type character- like the one on Count Duckula, only with less bird-like features. Obviously.

Serious note: I would mind seeing a PROPER elf type character this time. I thought Pickle looked like something from a pantomime! But I liked him non the less.
Funny note: What about Father Jack from Father Ted

"DRINK!"
"Yes, I've made that point."
"DRINK!"
"There's no need to keep going on about it."
"GIRLS!!!"
"......No... the dungeoneer's a boy."
"GIRLS!!"
"Look, that's Hordriss the Confuser in that chamber, I really don't think you want to risk offending him."
"F*CK!"
Long pause.
"Yes, I'd agree with that."
All in all, still not as annoying as Pickle, or disruptive as Majida.

Re: New assitant for Treguard
[A dungeoneer rushes back to the antechamber, having finally redeemed the elusive Cup. Father Jack beckons them enthusiastically, and the dungeoneer delivers the Cup into his waiting hands. He peers inside and is disgusted to find an absence of wine, mead or any other drink.]
Jack: "FECK OFF, CUP!" [hurls it through the magic mirror, then sits down grumpily in Treguard's chair, failing to notice or care that Treguard is already sitting in it]

Father Jack..............Postby sodoto » Sun Mar 20, 2005 4:35 pm
Father Jack from "Father Ted." Heee.

He'd just shout drink and Father Ted would have to run in with a bottle of something for him.

Father Jack: [Sits in Treguard's chair.Treguard moves closer to the advisors] Drink.
Treguard: [beat to advisors] I thought Pickle was a hard one to handle. Father Ted get some drink for us.
Father Ted: [annoyed] Again but he just drank the whole cellar.
[Pickle knocks on the door and calls out.] Cooeeeeeee Master I'm back. Do you and the team need anything.

Maybe Treguard will like Mrs Doyles tea.

Hope he likes tea or Mrs Doyle might be annoyed.

Cedric kneed down close to my helmet so i could see him and told me.

Re: New assitant for Treguard
I thought Pickle was quite nice and helpful even when he was being naughty [in Treguard's view]. Majida was more like a strict school teacher to me and i think she treated Treguard like a child a bit. I guess everyone sees things differently.
I like Daisy as well.
Feel we need more elves in the dungeon! Please Tim can we have some more....... elves?
What about an Elf magican who was trained by Merlin.
