Adult Knightmare Artwork

By Alan Boyd

Imagine Knightmare was brought back for an adult audience.

Perhaps in the future where reality TV has taken a turn towards the dark.

Knightmare is now a "Running Man" kind of affair, where you play for life. For real. A modern day Gladitorial battle.

That's what Keith Seymour sought to do with this image.

A dark interpretation of Knightmare as envisaged by concept artist, Keith Seymour.
Keith Seymour's dark concept of Knightmare

If you look closely, you'll hopefully recognise, not only an adventurer wearing the Helmet of Justice, and the knapsack of life force, but Motley, Lord Fear, Lissard, a Mireman and the big nosed Grimwold.

Of course, I appreciate that Motley isn't really in the 'bad guy' category, but the battle ground is no place for a jester, though it may be the place for many a fool!
