The first helmet was made from something I didn't quite expect either

Re:new helmet
Mm, foam (not polystyrene as was previously suggested by an ex-dungeoneer - correction will appear in next version of FANSFAQ). I think most of the helmet's weight comes from the horns in fact.

Re:new helmet
Not really no, I mean they were made for children, so I guess our somewhat larger heads were never designed to fit in them, alas.

Re:new helmet
I always thought the new helmet was stupid.
I liked that bit though where there was a skeleton in the stocks and it had the old helmet on, it added a touch of the macabre.

Re:new helmet
I quite like the modern helmet, it is harder to see out of, which is, I guess, the whole point of having a helmet.
I also like using that visor

The new helmet gives the dungeoneer a metalic pony tail.

Re:new helmet
I liked the new helmet too, it felt a lot more secure but I was a little disappointed about the damage that it has sustained... Still I liked the visor too, if it would stop crashing back down on me!

Since this thread's been updated I may as well add my tuppence. But I'll be frank. New helmet=axe. Please note, this equation is not yet proven!

I liked the new helmet, it was more comfortable in my opinion, and of course the visor rocked!

Re:new helmet
