still confuzzled how can he master a dungon which keeps changeing and he never goes in the dungon on his own he always gets other peeps to do it??

Partly because Dunshelm is his ancestral home, and the dungeon recognises his bloodline, but mainly because he was the first to master the dungeon after the Gruagach enchanted it.
If someone else wished to become Dungeon Master, they presumably would have to defeat him in battle within his own stronghold or some such thing.
