The Greater Game
If Knightmare is to be to be aimed at a younger than before audience (as believed), what changes do you think will happen? :)

Re: The Greater Game
Not very many, I would have thought. Perhaps it will be like series 2 - that series seems to me to be the most "childish" series (for want of a better word).
I hope the new series will be ruthless towards duff teams! That's half the fun!

Re: The Greater Game
I thought it would be better if they extended the age range to 11-18. Then I could apply again. IT's a shame that the adventure sort of program doesn't really appeal to the upper range anymore, they don't know what theyre missing!

Once they get a taste of it, it WILL appeal to them! Personally, I don't go in for all that Pratchett-esque fantasy stuff, but I love Km because it's so good! A game where you explore an entire land is so far removed from the usual quiz show that people will watch just to see what the hell it's all about.

Most of the people I know wouldnt bother to watch it in the first place! If the age group was extended i could apply again, since i missed out before!

Hmm, I reckon the 16+ age group would be very unlikely to watch something which is simultaneously being aimed at 11 year olds.
The only programme I can think of that does appeal to 11-18 year olds is the Simpsons!
I reckon you'd have a weird collection of folk watching a new series of Knightmare. A bunch of 9-15 year olds then a big gap and a load of 21-28 year olds. Give or take a couple of years either way.

Re: The Greater Game
What about doing a adult version then?
Actually, bad idea. There's too many already.
