Firstly thanks to all those who posted on the Anchor Bay UK forum
Anchor Bay over the last few days said they've been looking at procuring the rights to release Knightmare (most likely starting with Series 1 ). Anglia apparently weren't helpful, so it'd be a case of talking to Tim Child next......
It's a bit of a shame that Anglia actually hold the rights to Knightmare, and not Broadsword. Otherwise things would've been quite different, I'm sure.

What's the release format? PLEASE TELL ME IT'S VHS! ;D We haven't got DVD and no1 I know has either so I'll be really angry and upset if its only DVD.... >:( :'(
Let's hope so James if so I fail to see why I should buy things just for those that do own DVDs. Only fair that it should be released on both formats as both are just as common as you can see by the plentiful amounts on sale for christmas....
The trouble with VHS is, it runs out soon, the tapes go funny, it's not as good quality. Yet it's all I have anyway, so I don't see why not VHS as well. Unless the Anchor Bay company is a strictly non-VHS company...

I suggest we all unite and tell them we want it on both formats or we won't support it's release because their ignoring the needs of their customers otherwise. Yes, VHS has problems but I'm sure DVD is far from perferct as well.
Well, if the company doesn't release things on VHS, there's not much we can do. And saying we want it on both formats or nothing seem to be shooting ourselves in the foot, really. I'd love to see it released on both formats, and like others will campaign for that, but if it's a choice between DVD or nothing, I'd much rather support the DVD cause for those people who can enjoy it that way.
