Midnight Hunt Meetup: March 5-7 2016
Howdy all,
We're looking at doing another meetup in March next year to try some stuff with the Midnight Hunt. As before, we'd be looking for people to play and participate.
We're considering Whitby. However, if it's too difficult for people to get to, we may consider moving it elsewhere.
This is all contingent on there being enough interest in a particular weekend.
Any takers?

Looking at approx 5 hours on train from Liverpool here. Again, I'd be interested work permitting but you might struggle to get people's availiablity two weekends in the same month so I'd imagine most could be there on the March Ides.

Whitby would be a great place for a midnight hunt, would definitely be interested.

I'm in favour of Whitby over Blackpool for a Midnight Hunt setting. I wouldn't be able to do both meets though, one or the other. Whitby has a lot to offer in terms of appropriate theme. Blackpool would have to be one of those "characters out in the real world" scenarios. We've never been to Whitby before and I think it'd have much appeal for cos-players too. It's also home of a Gothic festival. Downside is it's not the easiest place to get to.

Re: Midnight Hunt Meetup: March 5-7 2016
As determined in this topic, we will aim to go ahead with this meetup in Whitby.
The proposed date is March 5 (Saturday) to March 7 (Monday).
We estimate the cost per person for accommodation to be £27/pp/pn. Can we please have a hands up for people that are interested?

Re: Midnight Hunt Meetup: Whitby in March 5-7 2016
Well, apparently 7 people voted for Whitby, so I'm hopeful to see 7 people indicating their availability here.

Used to go to Whitby every summer as a kid. Would be nice to see the harbour and old town again.

All depends on the work schedule though.

YHA does group rooms at a saving... who would like to be in a room share with me (and the others that do too)?
