I usually get that message when the forum is down or the website is playing up. It's usually to do with the server. I haven't had those problems lately but I think we all occasionally get those same problems!

Has anyone had any problems logging in today as I just have. I don't know if it's my internet though, as sometimes my ISP plays up and I can't get on to the internet or it disconnects me! I also want to know why and how some people I've noticed who post are unregistered as I have to log on to post a reply like today when I couldn't log on! It seems to be okay at the moment but might play up again.

They haven't, it's because their account has been deleted and all their past posts switch to 'Guest' status.

I am surprised that this forum is working okay tonight or has anyone had problems with it as I am having problems viewing other sites. I think there still is a slight problem with my ISP. I was wandering if anyone has had the same problem like trying to view pictures, colours and graphics and get onto Yahoo and a few other sites?

Same here.

I'm using BT Openworld but I've heard that it's not the best one to use, which I'm starting to believe.  ::)

I can't exactly say that NTL world is much better though. It sometimes seems to disconnect me from the internet for no aparent reason >:(

Ah. I get disconnected, too. I used to think it was random until I noticed that it always happened exactly two hours after dialling up. It's just something they do. It's annoying when it happens in the middle of chat, though! Especially when people are saying things. Interesting things.  :)

Are you on broadband because I am. Sometimes it disconnects me after a couple of minutes and sometimes I can't connect at all. Sometimes I cannot view webpages or websites at all and sometimes I can't view them properly such as the graphics and picture's don't get displayed. Anyway before I went onto broadband, my modem was always disconnected automatically just before two hours or if I didn't do anything after so many minutes, which used to be really annoying if I was downloading especially a big file. As it would not fully download or download properly, which the file would be messed up or and have an error in.

No, I'm on the normal service. And judging from what you've just said, I don't think that'll change, either!  :(

I'm using BT Openworld too, well I think anyway!

I've found it a lot easier to get on the forum during the last week though, and I've never had a problem getting on chat!

Ali almost never gets on the site as it displays the page cannot be displayed thing, and he says its down to dial-up but I'm not so sure since I have dial-up myself and have no problems as do a lot of other forum users...any ideas about this people?

I don't seem to have had any problems lately for the past few days. I think ASDL is a type of modem which is used, where broadband is all to do with something more complicated which I can't explain. (no good at technical stuff).
