Hugo Myatt introducing Nor-Con 2018 video

NORCON: ITV Interview with Hugo Myatt

By David Goldstein

On the last weekend in September 2018, Hugo Myatt was a guest at NORCON near Norwich.

NORCON is the Norfolk TV, Film and Comic Con. This year's took place at the Norfolk Showground Arena on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th September.

We like to think of this as a homecoming. In a sense Treguard was born in Norwich, because Knightmare was.

Then in 2014, Hugo was a guest at our own convention, in the very studios where the series was filmed.

It was therefore entirely appropriate that ITV Anglia covered NORCON, just as it had the Knightmare Convention.

ITV Anglia's social media had a video message from Hugo and later a short interview with him.

Hugo also gave a brilliant introduction to this NORCON video by M.D Knight Photography.

Another NORCON guest with a Children's ITV connection was Matt Zimmerman.

He appeared in T-Bag, Spatz and Mike & Angelo, for which he also did the early series voiceover ("He came from another dimension...").
