Malice, the Sorceress. Played by Samantha Perkins.

Malice

By Keith McDonald

The fluctuating sorceress Malice could be a friend or foe, depending on what she could gain from a dungeoneer's progress.

Malice was a sorceress introduced in the fourth series as a new accomplice to Mogdred.

She replaced Morghanna but behaved more like Lillith. She was an opponent to some quests but could be a route to success for others.

The sooner you get me what I want, the better it is for all of us.

Knightmare's Janus

Malice could be a help or a hindrance, depending on the quest.

For most quests in Series 4, Malice or Hordriss agreed a pact with a team in Level 1 and rewarded it in Level 3. In this way, she might provide magic that could help dungeoneers succeed.

Pledge yourself and your endeavours permanently to me alone.

Malice

On other occasions, she was an enemy in Level 3, alternating with Mogdred. She appeared on the Falling Bridge and other areas, demanding a team swore allegiance to her.

The team would then require magic earned from a successful pact to defeat her.

Cruel to be kind

Malice was clearly a sinister presence in the dungeon. Even when she assists dungeoneers, Treguard and Pickle advise caution against her.

She tells one team who opted for the Shield that she would have destroyed the dungeoneer had they chosen the Sword instead.
