It's been argued before.... Again And again And again Regarding a "tougher level 3" we only did it once. I cannot comment. Tim Child says it was tougher. It's not like he has a reason to lie. As I recall, it did require some degree of negotiation and remembering the correct details (to get Maldame on board). Don't underestimate the difficulty of something like that. From the moment we started filming, we were bombarded with new information regarding the dungeon, the NPCs, what was going on, and so on. Much of it was contradictory or outright wrong. It's very easy (as a viewer) to forget that the teams going in to the dungeon have 0 knowledge from previous teams. As for communication with Maldame, I'd suggest you're somewhat ignorant of the facts. While the Maldame room appears to be one construction, it's actually made up of two different rooms in distinct geographical locations. This makes it somewhat harder to relay instructions between three advisors and someone else that you can hear next door (and, along with feedback) through an earpiece one second later. The golden galleon was filmed afterwards - with Tim Child guiding the dungeoneer. He couldn't see the plank, because it took him several attempts. Hello Everyone. OK, those that don't know me, I'm Ali Everett (Sometimes known as Aldude), and I'm the guy who coded up "Knightmare: The Challenge" and wrote (and coded up) "Knightmare II: The Dark Talisman". I've received a number of emails recently asking me about the third knightmare game, which has been "in development" for 4 years now. Truth of the matter is: I haven't ACTUALLY worked on it since 2003. Reasons? University, Hobbies, getting fat, getting thin and back to university again. Now, yes, I did have LOTS of ideas for this new game, and they're mainly half-finished on paper. To be brutally honest, I cannot see them getting finished. I will be starting my PhD in september, and will definately not have time to do any creative on my own like that. However, I met with Forester last September, and we have a plan to create something special. However, it still takes time. To cut a long story short - what I had in mind 4 years ago, isn't going to happen. However, something else/similar MAY happen, so don't give up hope. Finally, would just like to say a thank you to all those that emailed me. It's nice to know some people still show an interest in Knightmare, and the things I coded all those years ago. Ali

Could somebody tell me how to complete the Dark Talisman game on this page. http://interactive.knightmare.org.uk/games/dark-talisman I think I've tried every permutation and it's driving me mad. *Some Spoilers The clues from the end bosses, First password is Death, (take the skull at beginning), second password is doom (need to get to the wight by taking the right path after the pie room, as he days DOOM). Search around the X door. I've looked for hidden links or hidden pictures in all the rooms around the X chamber, can't see anything. Can anybody please tell me how to defeat this game?
