It might. The difficulty we face is that the quality of the screen grabs we have is fairly low.

In the days of the caption competition this one would have me submitting: "I'm confused Gundrada, you said you were going to show me your slash and all I get to see is some lousy swordplay!"

I should add that the 3.30am showing on Monday morning may still exist, but Challenge?'s own schedules don't stretch that far forward. Addendum: This week's early Monday showing is at 1am, not 3.30am.

Well, pointing out to them the fact that so many people have voiced their support is definitely a good idea. As we've said before, email spamming them the same things over and over might not do our cause much good.

That leap of faith was so close to perfection. If only the dungeoneer hadn't taken a forward step after landing. Before the leap, one of the advisors was questioning if he was level. It would have been optimal at that point to move the dungeoneer half a side step to the right (I think he started left of centre of the path before jumping), which would have given him more margin for error on landing, and he would have likely survived. That team seemed to be given a decent chance of success. Only one question correct in the clue room but a dagger with the clue objects, so obvious what to leave behind. In the beam room, I'm convinced he did sidestep too far to the right over a gap in the floor, but was let off. Too coincidental it cut for several seconds to the advisors at the point they were panic directing. One obvious flaw with this team was lack of advisor coordination. All shouting at the dungeoneer when guiding in a tight situation is going to be confusing for them. What they should have done is allocate one advisor only to be responsible for the directing once they have agreed where their dungeoneer needs to go. I've yet to see (or at least don't remember) a team who can turn the dungeoneer in directions other than right angles. There are situations where turning the dungeoneer 45 degrees is optimal, and given the dungeoneer can see the ground around their feet, they should be capable of half turns.

What I'm basically saying is to not be too disappointed if, after showing Series 3 in its entirety, they go on to repeat it again before doing anything else. Obviously it would be brilliant to see a different series of Knightmare on Challenge, but I dont think I will be too disapointed as seeing any series on TV at the moment is fantastic as it is finally giving me a chance to record some episodes and keep forever. I am definatly happy though that Challenge have decided to keep showing Series 3 throughout February, I was worried there would be a gap before showing the rest of the episodes so I am very relived to see I have something to keep me occupied over the next few weekends. I definatly think though if Challenge has any sense, and if Knightmare is a success, they should try and get the rights to eventually show all series( 1-8 ) and show them on a loop like with many programmes, and I'm sure that over time, they will certaintly not regret making that decision. Of course if they show Series 3 again on a loop for a while after all episodes have been shown, It is definatly better than nothing.
