Knightmare Convention

Greetings Watchers of illusion. This is to everyone who is attending the knightmare live show on the Friday. Although I'm traveling from the great north east alone, I would like to meet as many like minded friends as possible. So anybody who wants to meet up or just to say hi at all either on the Friday or saturday, then that would be fantastic. I'll be in Norwich from Friday 9th, 1.15pm onwards and I'm staying at the premier inn duke street on Friday night and Travelodge riverside on Saturday night. I do hope every knightmare fan enjoys and makes the most of this unique experience of the first ever knightmare convention and I'm sure none of us will ever forget it. Kind Regards

We've now decided what we're doing with regards to medals. Anyone that donated £5 or more is entitled to the financier medal. There are lots of people, so you'll need to contact us to request the medal (giving the email address you used for the donation). Anyone that referred a person (as tracked by IndieGoGo in the manner we suggested) who subsequently donated £1 will be entitled to the referrer medal. If you feel you should get one of these, get in touch. We're going to change this slightly. We've had a new "Convention supporter" medal added for supporters of the knightmare.com convention. Anyone that donated £5 or more is entitled to this medal rather than the financier medal.

Yes, and no, I don't think we should do that. Ok & I guess it makes sense, he might get the wrong message if we try. I just submitted this news article to yahoo news, I don't know if they'll reply but if they do that will help our chances massively.

Well, a fair number of us created the "TweetMare" Twitter Storm, while also posting to Facebook. It appears to have had very little effect at all though. The total is now £4,131, and since the Twitter Storm started, we appear to have had all of five pledges, and who is to say that those pledges wouldn't have been made anyway? We are into the last three-and-a-half days, and we now have just slightly over one-third of the funding. Even if it's true that many people don't donate until the last minute, it really is going to take a miracle to reach the target now. It's such a shame. After all the great activity for KM over the last year, this really had so much potential.

Done an exhausting search on youtube for all knightmare videos, pmd some and mentioend the link, petition and future of km depdended on it.

Yeah I was just asking out of curiosity, but as you've pointed out it wouldn't work due to practical reasons. I didn't realise the talks were in the same room. In fact I remember we used the green screen at the bbc forum for a children in need/Doctor who event one year, gave kids a chance to be in their own adventure and that was the same 'film' all night. There is one more lotto till deadline.

Not sure at the moment. It'll possibly depend on how much exposure the online version gets.

What's up guys Been through the heart of knightmare (Norwich) today, made 40 odd copies of My poster, went to all the important spots ( forum, theatre royal, bbc radio, heart radio, tv & sci-fi shop opposite forum, guy at front desk used to work on the show back in 95). Also gave this to Anglia studios, & hope they say something, tried most of the comics & adventure shops, a few toy shops too, along with game & some market stalls & tried to sell this as much as I possibly could & stressed the play a room in the dungeon pledge the most & how important the convention if it happens is really important for the shows future & possible return if we're successful. I also retried My home area Dereham, put this up on noticeboard in town, a few pubs, a printing shop, game cave & a costume shop ( stressed that although kids died in the game it was only virtual & the website & show aren't harmful or offensive to kids & it's only done in fun ( as they asked & I had to explain as they weren't familiar with the show ). If anyone has bbc radio (95.1 FM), they might talk about us anytime today, so keep on the watchout for it, this is the best I could do & I can't stress to the ones I gave this to just how important this really is, I'll continue to share online. Mystara: The poster is a lot better on fb, only messes up here on the site for some odd reason & sorry already done, however I hope it brings good results . I seem to recall Emma replying to some of the negative YouTube comments, suggesting that the criticism wasn't water off a duck's back. Indeed. It's infuriating because I knew that in the future, the support of the YouTubers could prove to be invaluable. It appears that EPIC and Mark Knight have both tweeted Dan and Phil about the convention. Yes. While I feel that we can't easily approach the YouTubers for help, there are others who can Again, please note that Stuart Ashen is, despite his belief that the community dislike him, being the bigger man and is continuing to be extremely supportive of the convention. How does Jessie Cave feel about Knightmare fans and their perception of her? She has four times as many Twitter followers as Knightmare has Facebook likes, so promotion from her could be beneficial unless we've alienated her too. I don't really have contact with her at all. However, I don't think she's been alienated and I could drop her a message to ask for her support. 'David Rowe, the artist of the original Knightmare dungeon, will be giving a presentation showing how the Knightmare dungeon was made on the Saturday.' And how on the Sunday, he rested. I know
